I am sorry for not posting pics and updates sooner. It seems I always have a boy on my lap or we are out and about.
First of all, Daniyar did great with his surgery! It was a hard 5 days in the hospital as he got a gastrointestinal virus also but now he is back to his happy, playful self. His post-op visit was yesterday and everyone was pleased at how well he is healing. He is eating most of his old foods and drinking well. His swelling improves every day and his scabs have finally come off so I'll provide a picture.
We had a very happy season from Daniyar's birthday in November to Christmas, to Collin's 5th birthday January 1st. Truthfully it has all been a blur. Many thanks for all of your prayers and for Grammy coming over to stay with Collin while Daniyar was in the hospital. I'll post pics of my guys, including Collin's very creative ninja outfit complete with a pull-up mask. More pics of Daniyar to follow. I got a new non-broken camera so I'll be a more regular visitor. Wow he looks great after such a short time, I guess kids heal faster than we do, we leave in a few days to Semey
I'm so happy everything went well for him! Sorry he had a tummy bug- but I'm so happy that is all behind you and he looks amazing! Give him hugs for us!
