Here are some pics from our days in Almaty. Gulnara was an excellent tour guide, taking us to the zoo, the cathedral, to feed the birds and 2 amusement parks. We had a blast!

April 2008 First dossier to MOFA
August 2008 First dossier returned to us
December 2008 Applied to With Hope and Love Adoptions
March 2009 Dossier Complete
April 2009 Dossier to Embassy
May 2009 Dossier to Ministry of Foreign Affairs

July 2009 LOI to Taldy Korgan
July 17-Aug 7th 2009 First trip to Kazakhstan to meet "Danny"
September 5th-13th Second trip for court
September 9th Court-we did it!
September 24th 15 day waiting period over
October 9-16th- trip #3 to complete appts so Daniyar comes home!
October 16th - Daniyar becomes a US citizen and joins all of us at home

Have been waiting anxiously for these pix to see your beautiful boys--and it was worth the wait! :) Take care of yourself--I can't believe you are so matter-of-fact re: the ER trip. What a woman! Hang in there--thoughts and prayers for your family are being sent! --Kara
